The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works along with the delivery and assembly of equipment for Tasks entitled: "Expansion along with the reconstruction of building No. 26a for the needs of the Gdynia Oncology Center at the PCK Maritime Hospital in Gdynia in order to modernize the Teleradiotherapy Department, Brachytherapy Department, Oncological Surgery Department (about Endoscopy Studio), Department of Imaging Diagnostics, and creation of the Rehabilitation Center. "As part of the project entitled: PCK in Gdynia. "
The subject of the contract is also the performance of obligations during the warranty period with title of defect removal, repair, replacement of parts along with obligatory technical inspections with a frequency recommended by the manufacturer. Parts, consumable materials, recommended by the manufacturer for replacement during periodic inspections and the need to transport the equipment to the company's headquarters are included in the contractor's salary.
Description of the subject of the contract in the field of construction works is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ and Annex 5 to SWZ (Project Contracts) covering the scope of construction works together with the necessary equipment in the building of the Maritime Hospital PCK in Gdynia.
