A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is the design of the project documentation for the investment, consisting in the reconstruction of the historic poewangelic church in Kuźniczysko located on the plot of 244 AM-1. 2. The scope of the contract shall be developed to develop an architectural and construction project together with obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements and a decision approving the architectural and construction project, providing a building permit and performing author's supervision when implementing construction works based on the documentation. The developed documentation should enable selection by way of proceedings in the mode of the PZP Act of construction works. Order must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. ATTENTION! The condition for submitting an offer by the Contractors to apply for the execution of the Order is early a local vision, to accurately familiarize themselves with the subject of the contract (building address: ul.
