Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of the concept and project documentation for the construction of the TSO fire station building on the activities of Revisors No. 922/3 in Gogow Maopolski ZBRB Stykw. The scope of the fall includes: 1) developing the concept of the abovementioned object (obtaining its acceptance from the Ordering Party), 2) obtaining a decision to determine location of public purpose investment, 3) developing project documentation mentioned in OPZ in order to obtain a building permit. Specific project documentation should take into account, among others Two garage rooms for skills, a shelter at level -1 as a protective building, equipment warehouse Parzniczy, Crisis Management Center, Sanitary, Social, Economic and Office Rooms, Wind, Installations, along with the building, parking lots, and access to the building and the building. The designed building should have the requirements of the Act of 19 July 2019 on providing access to persons with special needs (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411).
