[1] The subject of the contract is the performance of the following elements: development of executive projectsand execution of construction works for:
-multi-matering and construction of line 38 as a two-track on the section from the excursibility km 3+591 to the existed km 98+800;
-the building of the line 515, 516 together with leaving single-track sections: line 515 on the section from KM IST. 1+278 to km Ist. 1+915, line No. 516 on the section from kmIst. 1+383 to km Ist. 1+917.
Basic range:
Modernization and construction of line 38 as a two-track on the section:
- from existence 3+591 to km Ist. 25+204, hereinafter referred to as the Białystok-Knyszyn,
-Modernization and construction of line 38 as a two-track on the section from the extent 61+061 to km Ist. 98+800, hereinafter referred to asEpisode of Osowiec -łk,
-Latin and 516 lobby, with leaving single-track sections: line No. 515 on the section from KM Ist. 1+278 to km Ist. 1+915, line No. 516 on the section from KM Ist. 1+383 to km Ist. 1+917.
with accompanying infrastructure and road systems. The basic range includesAll industries, excluding elements covered by the law of options No. 1, 2, 3 and the interface option.
