[1] The subject of the contract is the performance of the following elements: Development of executive projects and execution of construction works for:
-multiplying and construction of line 38 as a two -track on the section from the excursions of 3+591 to the existed km 98+800;
-Wob Line 515, 516 along with leaving one -track sections: line 515 on the section from KM Ist. 1+278 to km Ist. 1+915, line No. 516 on the section from km Ist. 1+383 to km Ist. 1+917.
Basic scope:
Modernization and construction of line 38 as a two -track on the section:
- from there is 3+591 to km Ist. 25+204, hereinafter referred to as the Białystok - Knyszyn episode,
-Modernization and construction of line 38 as a two -track on the section from the existence of 61+061 to km Ist. 98+800, hereinafter referred to as Episode Osowiec -łk,
1+278 to km Ist. 1+915, line No. 516 on the section from KM Ist. 1+383 to km Ist. 1+917. together with accompanying infrastructure and road systems. The basic range includes All industries, excluding elements covered by the law of options No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and the interface option.
Option No. 1:
Modernization and construction of line 38 as a two -track on a section from the existence of 25+204 to the existed km 61+061, hereinafter referred to as the Knyszyn -Osowiec section in all industries, accompanying infrastructure and road systems.
