- The subject of the plan is to draw up a project of the plan of spatial development for municipalities, which is referred to in art. 13a of the Act on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130Pursuant to Resolution No. V/22/24 of the Siemkowice Commune of June 28, 2024 on the proceeding of the Celebrity Plan Municipalities, and active participation in the works and activities related to the preparation and adoption of the pretty plan.Si also to perform an ecophysiographic study. The area of the study covers the area within the administrative boundaries of the Siemkowice commune. The surface of the study covers an area of around 97.4 km2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Claw, the Contractor will draw up: 1) the design of the Oglny Plan of the Siemkowice Commune -Text and graphic cz together with spatial data and justification; 2) ecophysiographic development; 3) forecasts for the environment.
