The subject of the fall is the development of the Obsty Plan of the Wiskitki Commune, which is mentioned in art. 13a of the Act on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the war plan. The study concerns the whole areaWiskitki communes within its administrative borders. The area of the commune is 150.15 km2. In the commune, 43 local spatial development plans are currently in force. The area of the Wiskitki commune lined with local plans is about 2550 ha. Areas lined with these plans are intended for aboveall under production and warehouse buildings, services, single-family housing and unknown removal and vibrations areas.
