Short description of the subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order are Melioration Works on Rowy located in the village of Warnovno Gmina Koziegłowy. The aim of the project is to restore operational efficiency in order to dehydate the areas adjacent to these ditches. The contractor in the implementation of the subject of the Agreement undertakes to: 1) organizations, development and safeguards of the work of works; 2) compliance with the law in the performance of the subject of the contract; 3) granting necessary explanations in time and in the form required by the Ordering Party; 4) to provide on their own and at their own cost of organizational, personal, material and tools necessary to perform the subject of the contract; 5) performance of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with the law applicable in this area. 6) After the work related to the contract, the area should be used for the work to restore to the original state.1.2.
