The object of the skew is the construction of construction works consisting in the implementation of the electrical installation in building No. 5 of the social assistance home in the Legnica field. classified in PKOB in section 11. In this section, S: 1110 - single -family residential buildings, 1121 - buildings with two apartments, 1122 - buildings with three and more apartments, 1130 - buildings of collective residence, including residential houses for older people, students, children and other groups social, e.g. social care homes, workers' hotels, boarding schools and dormitory, student houses, orphanages, homeless houses, etc. The 1130 groups are also included and bishopes. Construction robots in a social assistance home (a building classified in PKOB 113) will apply 8% VAT. 2.
