Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of electrical installation works in buildings managed by the Bytom Flats - ul. Staromiejska 2+2of, ul. Staromiejska 3.2. The consumption of construction works varies and includes construction and renovation works, including the renovation of the electrical installation, Lighting and power supply and supply of the building, intercom installation. 3. Aparttent description of the subject of the contract, Conditions of performance and acceptance of works constitute Annex 1.2 to SWZ - technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works.4. The application attachments attaching the above (Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ) as a material not binding. The attached number of works are approximate and should be treated as an auxiliary material in a quick and general discernment of the material scope and the size of the project. The number and descriptions of individual items of the bill of quantities should not be treated as final definitive Requirements for data data. 5. The terms of the contract were included in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
