Description:
Performance of one appraisal report determining the market of land real estate, designated as Dziaka 255/2 Obrbu 172 with an area of 335 m2, intended in accordance with the local spatial development plan for public roads, acquired for the commune of Tarnowbased on art. 98 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management in order to determine the amount of compensation due. The contractor is obliged to participate in the acting of familiarizing the parties with the value of real estate determined in the operation by the Contractor and to provide possibleRevelation regarding the content of this report. The vision of real estate should be prepared by an appropriate protocol, which should be added to the report. The appraisal should be made in one printed copy and in electronic version (asks CD). The appraisal applies to the priced photographic documentationreal estate - min. 2 pieces of photography with dimensions min. 9 x 13 cm.
