Description: For the total range of the subject of the order, it consists of repairing the fifth level P5 8 of the front wagons (with a driver's cab) of type 81-572.2 and 20 pieces of intermediate wagons (without a driver's cabin) type 81-573.1 and 81-573.2 according to the organization of the transport process Described in the technical specification.
The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the proceedings, i.e. specification of the terms of the contract and its annexes, in particular the technical specification (Annex 1 to SWZ - hereinafter: "ST") and the agreement model (Annex 2 to SWZ).
At least a 24-month warranty will apply to the service made, taking into account the possibility of extending this period in accordance with paragraph 23.4.2 of this SWZ, i.e. the criterion for the assessment of the bids 'extension of the warranty period'.
