Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of the project of the Obsty Municipality of Chociwel, which is mentioned in art. 13a of the Act of March 27, 2003. on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130 of the amendment). The study concerns the area of the Chociwel commune within its administrative borders.The area of the Wielynsno commune is 161 km2. Performing works related to the implementation of planning activities specified in the Planning Act. Order is granted in basic mode pursuant to: art. 275 item 2The area of the Chociwel commune, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. X/65/24 of the Chociwel Commune Council of November 28 and 2024 on the access to the preparing the Object Plan of the Chociwel Commune. The service schedule was divided into four stages, i.e. stage I. Development of a project plan project.Stage II. Obtaining positive reviews and agreeing. Stage III.
