Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of hydrophobic spraying of concrete surfaces at the Gdynia Oksywie airport. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the bill of quantities constituting thediscounts to this SWZ. The Employer shall attach the Bill of Quantities to the SWZ. It is only an auxiliary material for the preparation of the offer cost estimate (to calculate the offer price). The bill of quantities should be analyzed in conjunction with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, technical knowledge,construction art and this ToR, 3. The Employer informs that the contractor selected in the procedure will be able to carry out the works from 07:30 to 15:30. The Employer requires that the Contractor's employees be equipped with uniform work clothes identifying the Contractor. 4. The Employer requires that the ContractorThe subject of the order under analysis will provide a guarantee of not less than 36 months, counting from the date of signing the defect-free final acceptance report.
