The documentation constituting the subject of the contract includes: 1) Development of a multi-branch construction project - containing all elements of the Executive Project (all required industries), for the renovation / modernization of the premises of the residents' service office No. and at ul. Castle will 11 in Toruń, taking into account the movement / service of people with disabilities - in accordance with the guidelines for public administration facilities; 2) execution of room inventory according to their current division, all existing installations in the building, type and thickness of building partitions, etc., for design needs ; 3) Execution of technical condition expertise together with a ceiling and storey repair project, with particular emphasis on the load capacity and deflection of the ceiling and its adaptation for the purposes of the planned room of the archive; 4) Development of the project to exchange an existing window woodwork
