Description:
The aim of the task is to create complete design documentation in accordance with current regulations, on the basis of which the Ordering Party will select a contractor and build a properly functioning building. The contractor is responsible for the entire design process, as well as providing explanations and supplements documentation. to the construction design and detailed design as well as the bill of quantities at the stage of the public procurement procedure for selecting the contractor for construction works (including updating cost estimates), at the stage of performing construction works and in the procedure for issuing a building permit decision or a permit for the implementation of a road investment or a notification of works. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SWZ - Chapter II DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER. THE CONTRACTUAL TERM INCLUDES: preparation of documentation and obtaining all required conditions, arrangements, opinions, final decisions and checks design projects to the extent specified in the regulations, and obtaining a certificate of no objection from the competent authority to the reported construction works that do not require a building permit or obtaining a building permit or investment permit drogo...
