A brief description of the subject of the order: The task consists in making a multi-branch design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the utility premises located on the ground floor and in the basement with an area. 202.16 m2 in the building at Al. Jerusalem 51 with the adaptation of the above The premises for the new educational and cultural activities of the Warsaw Uprising Museum (MPW) for the needs of a cafe promoting local activity. To this end, on the basis of a conceptual arrangement of the MPW premises and the Mazowiecki Regional Recommendations of the Provincial Conservator, full technical documentation in the field of architectural and construction should be performed, including designing mezzanine, electrical installations, sanitary installations, with particular emphasis on connection to the municipal heating network and the equipping the premises in the installation mechanical ventilation.
