Short description of the subject of the order: 2. The subject of the order are works consisting in the renovation of the building in Lubsko ul. 3 of May 3 in accordance with the conscience of works and specification of the implementation and receipt of construction works. In particular, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) dismantling the coverage of walls and ceilings in the corridors, making new plasterboard, filling and painting; 2) replacing the floors on the corridor on the first floor for gresial tiles; 3) repair stairs before entering .4 ) exchange for stainless steel staircases.5) in 5 office rooms, secretariat, tender room, pom. Photocopying, room, Pom. Mapowni: a) removing wooden elements from ceilings and walls, making new walls and ceilings made of plasterboard; b) removal of wallpapers; c) removing the faulty air conditioning; d) filling and painting on white color; e) replacement of floor panels on LVT or tiles (with the exception of room 3, 2, 19 and pom maps) - the decision will be taken by the ordering party after dismantling the old surface and assessment of the substrate; 6) repairing the door on the corridor; 7) Refreshing women's toilets and men ...
