A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The scope of construction works includes the construction of a sanitary sewage connection in the area of 2 in Warsaw. The Ordering Party allows the apparatus, and then the use of other materials and devices than those specified in the description of the subject of the order, provided that parameters do not worse than those specified in this order. In this situation, the Ordering Party requires submission of relevant documents that meet that these materials and devices correspond to those described by the Ordering Party. The attached projects form the basis for estimating works. Attached ranges of works are only a complement to the above-mentioned projects. The offer cost estimate, which must be submitted to the Employer after selecting the most advantageous offer and before the conclusion of the contract, should be drawn up on the basis of attached projects and technical specifications in which all necessary costs should be taken into account for the proper performance of the contract in question and is auxiliary nature.
