A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes a cycle of training / on-line workshops entitled: A strong and inspiring HR in the times of Vuca "for representatives of companies and IOB. Training / Workshops will constitute substantive support of people who are in the roles of HR in the field of conducting activities, particularly focused on developing and building people's involvement in the organization in the times of Vuca, in the era of Pandemic Koronavirus, which significantly affected the change in the functioning of most companies / institutions. During training / workshop, issues related to the development of talents and leadership will be raised. The guide will use coachigic methods, thanks to which participants will increase their professional competences and self-confidence, which will translate into their effectiveness and occupational efficiency.
