KRDKS Description of the order of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the exercise of labor and health professionals in the field of labor medicine (in particular diagnostic examinations, exploring specialist, specialist consultations, case-law, physician's sharing in the work of the health and safety committee, review of workplaces, occupational risk assessment, disposal to RWKL together with a medical opinion, putting a plug on the therapeutic and preventive resorts and the other medical services) for military staff and employees of the Ministry of National Defense employed in 34 military economic branch, further 34 WG, performing duty in the village of Rzeszów and in units and military institutions remaining on the supply of 34 WG, stationed in the village of Rzeszów, Dbica, Jaso, Sanok, High Gogowska, as well as other use and health benefits in accordance with Impact No. 1a to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by the specification of terms of the decision., 2. The contractor has the right to commission an additional examination and a plug on consulting specialist, if the doctor considers that it is necessary to issue a decision for a member of the Military Staff.
