Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of photovoltaic installations on public buildings in the city and commune of Włodowice as part of the task entitled Construction of renewable energy sources in the city and commune of Włodowice (public buildings).
2. The order of the contract includes design, delivery, assembly, startup
and carrying out the procedure for incorporating a photovoltaic installation in the OSD network on 5 public buildings:
1) the building of the City and Commune Office, Krakowska 26, Włodowice,
2) building of the Zakład Usług Komunalnych, Krakowska 28, Włodowice,
3) building Municipal and Communal Culture Center, Żarecka 59, Włodowice,
4) Kindergarten building, Krakowska 13a, Włodowice,
5) The building of the Daily Senior House+, Wiejska 2, Rzędkowice.
3. The detachment description of the subject of the contract contains a functional and utility program constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. Objecto, duties Contractors related to the implementation of the contract also specify the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
