- 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare project documentation of the reconstruction and transverse security Layer 4 and the longitudinal Barycz to the intersection with the Barycz ramp on item VII "Wieliczka" Salt Mine, hereinafter referred to as "design documentation" and exercising author's supervision during implementationworks provided for in the project documentation, in accordance with the contractor's offer, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
2. In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) developing a technical project to carry out the reconstruction and transverse security Layer 4 and Baryczto the intersection with the Barycz ramp, hereinafter referred to as the "technical project",
2) arrangement of the technical project with the services of the Ordering Party and with the conservator of the monuments of Krakow Solne Slush (hereinafter referred to as KZKŻS), and then obtaining the approval of the agreed technical design by the managerThe operation of the Mining Salt Mine of Wieliczka (hereinafter referred to as Krzg),
3) obtaining a KZKŻS permit to perform works covered by a technical project - KZKŻS operates in accordance with the agreement of 21 June 2017 on entrusting the conduct of conducting certain matters in the field of Małopolska propertiesProvincial Conservator of Monuments in Krakow (Journal of Laws of the Voivodeship of 26 June 2017, item 4200),
