4.1 The subject of the fall is the development of project documentation, and then the construction of construction robs as part of the investment task under the name: the waterproofing of the foundations of the TVP administrative building in the liquidation of the Biastok Branch, in the system design and perform in accordance with the program Functional and utility (hereinafter referred to as PFU) - stipulating the junior to SWZ.4.2 The scope of project documentation includes: 1) developing a draft waterproofing of the building's foundations in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) and regulation Minister of Development of 11 WROGRAWO 2020, on a detailed scope and form of a construction project, within 30 days from the date of signing the contract; 2) developing technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works; 3) the Contractor developing project documentation is obliged to take into account all necessary elements, as well as the works of aimed at performing the waterproofing of the foundations of the administrative building, allowing it to be used. n...
