- Subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to provide comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of the investment titled: Construction of the street Bazaltowa No. 303184 T in Skarysko Kamienna during the investment implementation period and during the warranty period for defects, consisting in coordination, management, control and supervision and settlement of construction works, including possible additional and replacement works. 2. The subject of the order includes: 1. Performing full investor supervision over construction works in the following industries: a) Road (coordinator) b) Installation in the field of networks, installations and devices heating, ventilation, gas, water and sewage systems.2. Acting as a coordinator of supervisory inspectors in the above-mentioned industries during the implementation of the investment in question, i.e. from the date of signing the contract to the date of material and financial completion of the investment.3. The supervision inspector will be obliged perform supervision activities in the manner specified in Art. 25 and 26 of the Construction Law and in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and technical knowledge in this area, and participates in inspections and acceptances during the warranty period.
