Description:
1. The subject of the order is to exercise investor supervision over the implementation of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the Przemyśl Bańczyce railway siding, as part of the following separate tasks:
Task No. 1 - construction of a year-round car wash,
Task No. 2 - execution of other works as part of the constructionsiding, including:
Task 2a - execution of construction works as part of the reconstruction of the siding,
Task 2b - construction of a transformer-rectifier station in the "design and build" system,
Task 2c - execution of traffic control devices in the "design and build" system railway.
2. Proceedings of Fatherthe award of the contract is conducted in an open tender procedure, on the basis of Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710).
