along with the necessary arrangements and permits, including submitting a notification or obtaining a construction permit at the District Office in Cieszyn, construction (in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program - hereinafter referred to as the FFU, to the extent marked on the map constituting an annex to the FFU) along with author's supervision and implementation of the procedure for approval for use as part of the Zielona cieka wzłu Piotrwka project. As part of the above-mentioned application, the building will be constructed container with external dimensions 6x6m, insulated, made of sandwich panels on a monolithic foundation in the Design and Build formula on plot 1902 in Koczyce Maych.
