Description:
1. Expanding the environment of the Backup system Commvault Backup & Recovery together with support will be implemented at the headquarters of the Ordering Party at ul. Rakowiecka 37A in Warsaw and in a spare center located at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw, in accordance with the detailed description contained in the description the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.

a) CV-BKRC-FTCOMMVAULT CLoud Backup & Recovery Software, per front-end terabyte, perpetual- 10 pieces;
b) CV-BKRC-VM10Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery Software for Virtual Machines, per vm (10-pack)-20 pieces;
c) S-STD-S4ECOMMVAULT Cloud Backup & Recovery Software Maintenance Support.
The expansion concerns the backup environment marked with the CCID Fe5FA number licenses that are compatible with His version of the system and the level of support (support for the software provided by the manufacturer until December 22, 2026) for all licenses and an extension of their validity for another 24 months, i.e. until December 22, 2028.
