- 1. The subject of the contract is: expansion and construction of poviat roads on the section Border of the City of Ostrołęka - Goworka - bench. The subject of the order will be carried out in the "design and build" formula. 2. The material scope of the order includes all works, activities and works necessary to perform the task investment, including the following elements: A. Development of complete design documentation based on a functional and utility program (Annex 13 to SWZ) together with obtaining all the decision required by law, including a decision on environmental conditions and a water permit, opinions, opinions, arrangements, permits and obtaining permission to implement the RID road investment / building permit / other document from the construction law entitling to carry out construction works. The contracting authority does not require the Contractor to develop one project documentation covering the entire scope orders and obtained ZRID decision simultaneously for the entire investment.
