Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of design and construction works related to the investment: Extension and construction of roads in the Pochya Housing Estate in Bytow. The scope of the works includes the preparation of construction documentation (including obtaining all necessary permits allowing the implementation of the task) and the execution construction works including: 1) preparation of design documentation (including obtaining permission to implement the task) in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311): preparation of documentation construction in accordance with the assumptions of the Functional and Utility Program (in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ) and approved by the investor, preparation of construction documentation in accordance with the assumptions (guidelines) called MODERNIZATION OF CONCRETE STAIRS connecting ul.
