Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of design and construction robs related to the investment entitled: Expansion and construction of a vibration at the estate in Bytow. Zakres Robt includes the implementation of building documentation (along with obtaining all necessary allowing allowing the task) and the implementation of construction works, among others: 1) development of project documentation (together with obtaining a permit for the implementation of the task) in accordance with the acts of 10 April 2003 on the particular rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public vibrations (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 311): Documentation Construction in accordance with the attachments of the functional and usage program (statement of an affiliate No. 9 to SWZ) and accepted by the Investor, performing the metal of real estate in accordance with the acceptance of construction documentation, obtaining all necessary allowing allowing the task permission (including building permits) .2) The task is carried out in accordance with the approved construction documentation.
