Description:
1. Order: expansion and extension of support for the Splunk platform.
2. The subject of the contract is the contractor providing subscription (term licenses) for the software*, including:
2.1. Zakup and delivery by the Contractor of the subscription (term licenses) or equivalent solutiontogether with documents confirming the subscription (term licenses);
2.2. Provision of the manufacturer's technical support;
2.3. Proponation of the Service Services of the Contractor;
2.4. Consultative services of the Contractor.
3. In the part of the order option, within the meaning of the provisions of art. 441 para. 1of the Act, during the period of the contract, the Employer will be able to commission and the Contractor will be obliged to provide subscriptions (term licenses) or equivalent solution in the form of packages for use in a monthly break.Orders (including description and provisions regarding equivalence) are specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter "SWZ").
