Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the road of ul. Poznańska in Zielona Gora - bituminous surface on a base using MCE technology along with reconstruction of sidewalks, exits and bus bays, replacement of traffic lights and construction of pedestrian crossing lights.
2. Detailed description of the item of the order is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and
SWZ.
3. The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.5 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party informs that for within the scope specified above, a cost estimate (quantity) was assumed based on the offer cost estimate included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ, which should be submitted with the offer in accordance with point 6.1.6) of the SWZ.
5. The contractor will provide a warranty for the completed work covered by the contract period min. 48 months and warranty for work defects for a period exceeding the warranty by 6 months.
Note: Additional warranty for works (warranty extension period) is subject to scoring in accordance with the offer evaluation criteria specified in point 30.2. SWZ.
