Description:
1. The subject of the contract are construction works involving the modernization of ul. Wet in Zielona Gora with the use of ecocvadrat concrete cubes.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to SWZ and
in the documents referred to in point 3.4. Swz.
3. Order of the contract It should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works contained in Annex I.5 to SWZ.
4. The commander informs that for the scope specified above, the cost estimate (measures) was adopted on the basis of an offer cost estimate contained in Annex I.1.A to SWZ, which should be submitted with the offer in accordance with point 6.1.6) SWZ.
48 months from the next day from the date of final acceptance and warranty for the disadvantages of works for the period exceeding the warranty by 6 months.
Note: An additional warranty for works (warranty extension period) is scored in accordance with the evaluation criteria offers specified in point 30.2. Swz.
