Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and modernization of the 400/110 kV Tucznawa station "Stage I - building and launching autotransformer AT3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ SWZ Functional and utility program.Describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow you to obtain features or parametersWorse than recalled. The above means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
3. Consently with art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is obliged to show that he offersDeliveries, services or construction works meet the requirements set by the Employer, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions
equivalent to meet the requirementsSpecified in the description of the subject of the contract.
