Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "The expansion and modernization of the Regional Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Branice in the" Design-Build "formula".
2. The investment is designed and expanding the ROPS facility in Branice to secure and ensure the right number of places to perform security agent with a maximum degree of protection in the country and improving the effectiveness of the unit's functioning and ensuring continuity of the services rendered. The investment will consist of 4 tasks, including: Task 1. Expansion of the Regional Court Psychiatry Center in Branice. 74 additional beds for patients to perform a security measure with a maximum degree of protection. Task No. 2. Adaptation of the existing building to applicable regulations. Task No. 3. Construction of 3 teams semi -detached housing buildings (6 official apartments for basic medical staff, i.e. for doctors and psychologists). Task no Before arbitrary disassembly of patients staying in the center.
3. The investment will include:
