Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the reconstruction and extension of the building at ul. Reymonta 4 in Prabuty, plot No. 301, Obrb 0001 Prabuty. Currently, the building is used in which the Senior Club operates. The subject of the fall includes the reconstruction of the attic of the building to adapt rooms for the needsthe functioning of the OSB of the Elderly Stay and the development of the building with staff cages and personal elevators in order to access the attic for the needs of older and incomplete OSB. 2. The material scope of robt covered with the subject of the fall includes, in the semi -vaginal: 1) the staircase structure along withPersonal elevators, 2) replacement of existing roofing with asbestos cement (eternit) for new covering of ceramic roof, 3) replacement of the roofing of the roofing of Wiey and the vestibule with a new roofing of felt, 4) replacement of window joinery, 5) adaptation of attic rooms: reconstruction of the premises of the premises, implementationnew thin and podogo incense, door frame assembly, renovation and adaptation of the toilet for non -firm OSB with equipment, mounting kitchenette assembly with equipment, furnishing rooms with furniture, 6) replacement of water installations. andc.o...
