4.1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of the investment entitled: Expansion and reconstruction of buildings with necessary infrastructures for the purposes of ductormin care at SP ZOZ in Szczebrzeszyn on Department No. 638/3. The subject of the pollination is stated: 1) developing pennea project documentation for all investments in accordance with the investment in accordancewith PFU, SWZ, contracts, subject to regulations, 2) expansion and reconstruction of buildings with necessary infrastructures for the purposes of duwterminal care at SP ZOZ in Szczebrzeszyn in accordance with the implementation of documentation and PFU, SWZ, contracts, which are subject to the provisions. 3) construction of construction robs in accordance with the documentation andPFU, SWZ, contracts, in force, 4) Other obligations of the Contractor: a) ensuring the supervision of author's supervision by all designers and the depletion of the remaining obligations by them in accordance with the Construction Law and these agreement, b) establishing and ensuring the implementation of applicationsconstruction manager within the meaning of the provisions of art. 22 of the Construction Law and industrial ROBT managers. c) developing any necessary documents, obtaining any necessary: positions, opinions, decisions, expertise, etc., for the purposeled ...
