• "Expansion and reconstruction of the existing, historic building of the Zagłębia Theater at ul. Teatralna 4 in Sosnowiec." DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: "Expansion and reconstruction of the existing, the historic building of the Zagłębia Theater at ul. Teatralna 4 in Sosnowiec. 2. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - SOPZ. 3. The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party is 60 months. DIVISION OF THE ORDER INTO PARTS: Ordering party does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15) of the Public Procurement Law. Not dividing the order into parts serves to obtain the best implementation results venture, both economically and organizationally. It serves to achieve a uniform quality and aesthetic standard, which is easier to achieve when one entity is responsible for the entire order. The essential aspect is however, there is close interdependence and the need for coordination between construction works of individual industries, which will ultimately lead to the achievement of the intended goal: the use of the rebuilt and expanded facility in which the theater will operate. Dividing the contract into lots is unreasonable because it could cause excessive technical difficulties resulting from the need to coordinate works performed by different contractors because the scopes of individual parts...
