Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of tasks in the design and build system called: Expansion and reconstruction of the municipal road ul. Partisans in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Development of full industry-specific design and cost estimate documentation based on: o attached Functional and Utility Program.2) Obtaining the final decision or certificate enabling the commencement of works.3) Author's supervision over the implementation of construction works resulting from the developed design documentation.4) Execution of construction works: a) preparatory and demolition works (including felling); b) removal of trees and bushes interfering with construction works necessary to complete the investment. Inventory, felling plan, planting design, obtaining a felling decision along with possible replacement plantings and costs related to obtaining a felling decision; c) reconstruction/expansion of ul. Partisans;d) construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path; e) construction of a sidewalk; f) construction of parking spaces for passenger cars; g) construction of road drainage elements, drains, drainages, storm sewage systems in order to properly drain the road, sidewalks;h)...
