Description:
1. The subject of the order, carried out in the formula "Design and build" entitled "Expansion and reconstruction of the SPZOZ MSWIA in Krakow - the addition of Diagnostic and Treatment building D" is the expansion and reconstruction of the SP ZOZ of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Krakow, including the construction of a diagnostic and treatment building D and partial Reconstruction of the existing "A" clinic building and the "B" hospital building.

and the availability of oncological benefits by expanding the SP ZOZ MSWiA in Krakow Diagnostic and operational building D ".
2. The object Orders, constituting the first stage of the task, specified in Annexes 6a, 6B, 6C, includes the development of replacement project documentation (PA-B, PZT, PT) and the implementation of construction works based on its basis, consisting in the construction of a diagnostic and operational building D with the reconstruction of the existing building clinics and reconstruction of the existing hospital building B, execution of installation works, supplies, non -medical equipment and preparation of the facility for assembly and launching medical devices and equipment as well as the implementation of other works necessary to perform the subject of the contract. Ordering provides for the possibility of commissioning the same contractor, the implementation of stage II of the task pursuant to art. 214 of the PZP Act, for which the scope is described in Annex 6D.
