- 1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and reconstruction of the 400/220/110 kV Kozienice station - stage IIa.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in part II SWZ Functional and utility program. As part of the order, the Employer provides the possibility of exercising the right of options, i.e. the supervision option.

4. Each time, in allcases in which the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allowThey get features or parameters not worse than cited.
