1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and update of the audiovisual system (AV) for registration of medical simulations and debriefing.
"Modernization and retrofitting of the Medical University of Gdańsk in connection with increasing admission limits for studies", contract no and increasing immunity
2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ
3. The application requires the offered equipment, covered by the subject of the contract:
a) was factory -new, free from all defects and damage, without prior operation and was not the subject of the rights of persons third
b) was produced after January 1, 2024
c) met all standards set to such goods by Polish law
d) he had a declaration of compliance CE or CE certificate, confirming that the supplied products correspond to specific standards or technical specifications. Ordering permits An equivalent document issued by an entity based in another Member State of the European Economic Area.
