Description: 1. The subject of the order is the extension of the backup system and archiving of the Data Protection Suite Powered by CommVault indicated in Part II of the SWWZ licenses or equivalent, with the assurance of 60-month manufacturer's support.
2. Detailed specification of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of SWZ and Part IV of SWZ.
3. According to art. 101 para. 4 of the Contracting Act allows equivalent solutions described in SWWZ using standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to get features or parameters not worse than recalled. In the case of an equivalent solution, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs of its implementation in the Employer, including the costs of data migration and will also cover all documented costs on the Employer's side, related to the implementation of an equivalent solution.
