• Expansion of the BioSpec Maxwell 70/17 MRI/PET preclinical tomograph (OT no. 1331/S/2023/UJCM) consisting in the delivery of parts listed in the OPZ, as part of the project entitled "Center for the Development of Civil Disease Therapy... 1.The subject of the proceedings and order is expansion BioSpec Maxwell 70/17 MRI/PET preclinical tomograph (OT no. 1331/S/2023/UJCM) consisting in the supply of parts listed in the OPZ, as part of the project entitled "Center for the Development of Therapy of Civilization and Age-Related Diseases" co-financed under 2 Priority of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program (FENG). Financing agreement no. FENG.02.04-IP.04-0005/24-00. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the order were not granted. 1.2 Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters and required conditions as well as additional points for the subject the order contains Annex A to the SWZ, i.e. Functions, technical parameters and required conditions, which is an integral part of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor are compatible with each other and ensure full functionality without the need for additional investments on the part of the Ordering Party. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 1.3 The Contractor is required to submit the offer together with: appropriately completed Annex A to the SWZ, i.e. Functions, technical parameters and required conditions of the subject of the order, signed with a qualified electronic signature. ...
