Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction and expansion of the concert hall in the building of the Music School Complex I. J. Paderewski in Krosno
- ul. Paderewskiego 7.
2. A detailed description of the material scope and the requirements were described in the project documentation,technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bill of quantities (supplementation/complement to Annex 7 to SWZ). At the same time, it should be noted that the attached values are only an auxiliary element when determining the offer price. The quantities they contain are not of naturebinding, the required scope of works was defined in the project documentation. In accordance with the terms of the contract template, the contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the project documentation, technical knowledge principles, applicable regulations and technical specificationsexecution and acceptance of construction works - as part of the flat -rate price.
3.
