- 1. The scope of the subject matter of the order includes the design and, based on the prepared design documentation, execution of:
1) expansion of district road No. 3040P on the Niezgoda - Sierakowo section and
2) construction of a new section of the Sierakowo - DK92 - Autostrada road,
for a task carried out in a formula design and build called "Expansion of district road No. 3040P on the Niezgoda - Sierakowo section and construction of a new section of the Sierakowo-DK92-Autostrada A2 road."
2. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task called "Expansion of district road No. 3040P on the Niezgoda - Sierakowo section and construction of a new section of the Sierakowo - DK92 - Motorway A2 road, in accordance with Annex No. 1, i.e. the Functional and Utility Program (FFU).
3. The order in question includes, among others:
1) development of design documentation along with obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements and preparation of materials to submit an application to obtain a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) on behalf of the Ordering Party and obtaining a ZRID decision as well as obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to complete the task,
