Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the expansion of the financial and accounting system through the construction of the Multimodular Platform along with the expansion of the data migration bus.
2. The description of the Subject of the Order has been specified separately for each Task and constitutes, respectively, Appendix No. 1.1 and No. 1.2 to the SWZ.
3. OrderThe right of option in Task 1 is reserved for the implementation of the English-language version of the PM System (for all modules, the System interface must be available in Polish and English). The maximum value of the option can be up to 5% of the base order in Task 1.
4. Purchaserprovides for the option to use the Option Right only if the Ordering Party has financial resources and there is a justified need to purchase.
5. The scope and collection procedures under the option right will be the same as in the basic order.
6. The contracting authority anticipates the benefitcheap with the right of option within the time allowed for the execution of the basic contract.
