Expansion of the HIS hospital system with the Medical Documentation Management module as part of the project: Development of digitization and cybersecurity at the Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and launch of the Document Management module Medical, which is an extension of the HIS hospital system. in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements regarding the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (design contract) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order).
