The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of solutions IT supporting diagnostic processes, data exchange in local systems and with national platforms, as well as the introduction of artificial intelligence mechanisms in the organizational area and medical services as part of the ongoing project Mon. Development of digital services at the Provincial Hospital. Saint Łukasza SP ZOZ in Tarnów - Investment D1.1.2 KPO 1.1. The scope of the order was divided into 4 parts, which include the following items: Part No. 1 - Expansion of the image documentation system Part no 2- Modernization and expansion of hospital systems Part No. 3 - Implementation of the VoiceBot system Part No. 4 - Delivery of scanners for digitization The contractor may submit an offer for any part of the contract, for both parts of the contract, or for three or all parts orders . The detailed scope of the order for each part is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the SOPZ). 1.2.
